Rent is always due on the 1st of the month.

What kind of fees do you charge?
Gwinnett Self Storage charges, no deposit, no administration fees‐
Do I have to sign a long term rental agreement?
This is a month to month rental, as long as your items are out and your lock removed by the 1st of the month the agreement is over.
Can I access my storage space anytime?
No, gate hours are always 6am‐9pm

What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
are Monday‐Saturday 9am‐6pm and Sunday 12pm‐4pm This is the time when a manager will be available to assist you.
are 6am‐9pm daily, this is the time available to you to use your gate code to have access to your storage space.
What kind of identification is required to rent a storage space?
To rent a space you must have a state issued ID card, drivers license Passport or military id.
Do you lock my storage space?
You bring your lock and you keep all keys, for your convenience we do sell locks
What does “on‐site” manager mean?
It means that the manager lives at the location in an apartment provided
What is a drive‐up storage space?
That is a storage unit you drive to and access from a roll‐up door, without entering any hallways or buildings.
What is climate controlled storage?
This means the storage space doesn’t get below 55 in the Winter or Above 80 in the Summer.
Is there any electricity in my storage space?
No, you can not use any electricity in your storage space.
What do I do when I’m ready to move out?
Please let office manager know in advance if possible when you will be vacating space, remove ALL belongings and items, take YOUR lock with you. If lock is placed back on storage space you are still renting this space until lock is removed and you will be responsible for any rent due.
